Inside.it.ch News RSSSwisscom hat die Milliardenübernahme in Italien festgezurrt. Der Konzern hat den Kaufvertrag für Vodafone Italien unterschrieben und legt 8 Milliarden Euro auf den Tisch. Vodafone Italien solle mit der Mailänder Swisscom-Tochter Fastweb zusammengelegt werden, teilte der Konzern mit. Dadurch entsteht der zweitgrösste Telekomanbieter Italiens hinter dem Platzhirsch TIM mit einem kombinierten Umsatz von 7,3 Milliarden Euro. Die Kaufabsicht hat Swisscom bereits Ende Februar angekündigt. Die Übernahme führe zu einem deutlichen Wertzuwachs.
